How do I return an item?

RMA/Warranty Policy
All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a replacement. Physical damage and installation error are not covered by this warranty. Any part that has been previously installed may not qualify for warranty return. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all warranty replacements. All parts must be labeled correctly with the issue in concern. (Ex. Strobing LCD, Vertical lines in LCD, Black LCD, White LCD, Digi won’t respond to touch, etc…) Please return all parts with the original packaging by mail. We will process the RMA within 5-7 business days and send replacement parts. You will be notified during this process, both when we receive your parts, and then again with tracking information when we ship out the replacement parts.


Return/Exchange Policy

0 - 7 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned/exchanged within seven (7) days of the original purchase date for a full refund less shipping. Item(s) must be in original condition. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) may be required for return. These terms apply to all refunds.

7 - 14 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned/exchanged within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date for a credit to use with future SmartCell Solutions orders. Refunded amount will reflect current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower. Item(s) must be in original condition. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) may required for all return. These terms apply to all refunds. Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

14+ Days:
No refunds will be given after fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.

Order Discrepancies/Shipping Errors
Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy or shipping damage within three (3) days from the date received so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) may be required.

Cross Shipping & Shipping Reimbursement
We only offer cross shipping for shipping errors. If cross shipping is provided, customer must pay return shipping of items (reimbursement will not be provided). Items must be returned within two (2) days to keep account in good standing.

Policy Abuse

Any customer that is deemed to be “abusing” our generous returns/warranty policies can be subject to firm and stricter policies. SmartCell Solutions reserves the right to alter our returns and exchanges policy.
